PeaZip is a portable multiplatform tool that works to compress, divide or check the integrity of files. The program supports Supports 7Z, 7-Zip sfx, ARJ, BZip2, CAB, CHM, CPIO, DEB, GZip, ISO, JAR, LHA, LZH, NSIS, OOo, PAQ, PEA, QUAD, RAR, RPM, split, TAR, Z, ZIP files. Its interface is similar to a CD/DVD recording program. These are some of its principle functions:



* Save and restore file layers (entry files and folder lists) to accelerate the definistion of filing operations, packeting and backup.

* Store the definition of each task (in plain text, to be used in any script language).

* Logs for every action done after every operation.



The program`s interface is easily personalized, and doesn`t need installing or uninstalling. It can be run from any route or location, even remotely, although the Windows version is also presented as only an independent binary file, so as to be used in the traditional way.
